  • Spiritual Items & Beads: Due to their sacred nature, items like Rudraksha beads, mala beads, healing crystals, gemstones, Tulsi (Holy Basil), and Japa Malas are non-returnable unless they meet specific conditions.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition (with tags, packaging, and literature intact).

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery, with proof of purchase and an unboxing video (for verification).

  • Customized products, such as custom malas, bracelets, or personalized spiritual jewelry, are non-returnable.

2. Refund Process

  • Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for spiritual items based on a change of mind. Refunds are only provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs, or offer a replacement.

    • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos and videos of the damage or discrepancy.

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your Divine Beads account and go to “My Orders”.

  2. Select the product you wish to return and generate a Return ID.

  3. Securely pack the item with all original packaging, tags, and the delivery slip.

  4. Use a reliable postal service to send the product back to us and share the return receipt. We will reimburse return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

  5. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after inspection and credited to your bank account.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Products: If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will reimburse the return shipping cost after inspecting the returned item.

5. Refund Conditions for Spiritual Items

  • Non-Refundable Products: Spiritual items, including Rudraksha beads, mala beads, healing crystals, gemstones, Tulsi (Holy Basil), or any personalized/customized items, are non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • Hygiene & Sacred Nature: Spiritual items are non-refundable once used or activated due to hygiene reasons and their sacred significance.

6. Why Are Spiritual Items Non-Refundable?

  • Sacred Nature: Spiritual items, especially Rudraksha beads, malas, and healing crystals, are considered sacred and personal. Once used, they may no longer be suitable for resale.

  • Hygiene & Safety: For hygiene reasons, items like jewelry and beads are non-refundable once used.
